considering the utterly silly bureaucratic slip ups that would totally sidetrack characters in shows (you can't pick a car up from an impound lot unless its in your name), taking a shower wiped me out but then i took a nap and felt better, doing laundry + dishes + sweeping, taking my blood pressure, misc etc
